Terms of Use — Shopping List: Food & Recipes

Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms apply to the international service at balansit.app and its mobile application.

1. Who provides the service

The service is operated by Nikolai Anatolyevich Akshentsev, an individual entrepreneur. Contact: hello@gomvp.dev. The app is also listed as “Список покупок: еда, рецепты”. These terms do not choose a single country's law or remove mandatory rights available where you live.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By completing registration or your first sign-in after being shown these terms, you accept them. Reading a page alone does not create an account or a purchase. You must have capacity to enter this agreement under applicable law; obtain a parent or guardian's involvement where required. The app is not designed specifically for children.

3. Your account

Email sign-in uses a verification code, not an application password. Google sign-in is available where supported. Available methods depend on the service region. Provider passwords are not given to us. Optional profile information includes your name, phone number and photograph. Keep access credentials private and never send sign-in codes or session tokens to support.

The international service uses a separate account database. We do not automatically move a regional account or its family data when your phone's country or language changes. Network access is needed for server functions and synchronisation. Local cached information can temporarily differ from the server. Signing out is not account deletion.

4. Using the app

You may use shopping lists, kitchen inventory, recipes, household sharing and available AI features for personal use. The app does not sell groceries or place orders with retailers. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app; ownership of its software is not transferred. Do not bypass access controls, quotas or security, automate abusive requests, or use the service unlawfully.

5. Your content and household sharing

You keep your rights in uploaded content. You permit us to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the functions you choose. Do not upload content you have no right to use or disclose. Household members can access shared content according to their permissions. Copies or information already seen by another member cannot always be recalled. Account deletion may leave shared content belonging to an active household; see the deletion page.

6. Free release and future purchases

The current international release does not offer a paid checkout or automatically charge a subscription. AI and other features have usage limits. Free installation does not promise unlimited AI requests or permanent availability of every feature.

If paid features are introduced, their price, duration, renewal rules and purchase conditions will be shown before you buy. A change in these terms does not itself authorise a charge. Purchases in a store will use the applicable store purchase flow and rules. No external payment service is part of the current Google Play release.

7. AI, recipes and food safety

AI replies, generated recipes, pictures and nutrition estimates may contain errors. They are suggestions, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of allergen safety. Verify ingredients, product labels, cooking temperatures and dietary suitability. Consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions. Recipe images may be illustrative AI images.

Only use AI with content you are entitled to submit. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Requests and relevant context are processed by an external AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. We apply quotas and safety controls. Report a harmful AI answer or image using an available in-app reporting action or contact support.

8. Availability and account restrictions

Maintenance, network problems or provider outages may interrupt service. We may limit requests or restrict an account to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations, with an explanation where appropriate and lawful. Contact support to dispute a restriction. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that deleted content can be recovered.

9. Ending use and deleting data

You may stop using the app or delete your account in Profile → Delete account. You may also request deletion without installing the app by following the deletion page. Any future paid purchase and refund rights will be handled under its purchase terms and applicable law.

10. Changes and your rights

We will publish updated terms and give appropriate notice of material changes. Where new agreement is required, we will obtain it. Changes do not retrospectively authorise new uses of your data or remove accrued rights. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, remedies or access to competent authorities and courts. Contact hello@gomvp.dev with questions or complaints.
